1. According to the geographical conditions, the sand dredging ship should be flexible when moving forward or backward. If there are large stones and mud, it must be cleaned up.

2. Always check the chain screw, pin and the fastener of each fixed point of the transmission system.

3. When the sand dredging vessel is shut down, the front diesel engine should be shut down, and then the rear diesel engine should be shut down.

4. In case of strong wind (above level 5), stop the machine temporarily to avoid failure. Stop the machine when repairing or replacing parts to avoid personal injury.

5. During use, the screws of all parts should be checked frequently, and the lubricating oil should be added and maintained frequently. In particular, the bolts of hopper screw, chain pin, water quadrangle wheel and 500 reducer docking plate must be well fastened. The place where the underwater quadrangle wheel is used should be filled with grease and lubricating oil frequently. During the flood season or shutdown, the sand dredger should be tied to a firm place to prevent the ship from being washed away or causing undue losses.
